Add more green spaces to the Town Centre and rent them, so that there is a better experience when going into Croydon.

Croydon has lots of art facilities, e.g. Fairfield Halls, so more events, e.g. Museum of Croydon there and connect it to the Queen's Gardens and Town Hall with walking / cycling routes.

Increase the number of officers in the Town Centre.

Ensure everything is developed in proportion (e.g. parking / green spaces)
