When browsing the Website, we collect information about how you interact with it, such as the individual web pages that you view and what websites or search terms referred you to www.croydonurbanroom.com.

If you sign up to our Newsletter, we collect your email address to email you about Croydon Urban Room updates, events, and other news or opportunities from partner organisations.

When you make a submission to our 'Live Archive' or 'Map your memories' sections of the Website through our google form, we collect information such as: your email address, the name associated with the address, and your submission content. The submission will then be displayed on the website alongside your chosen name (the name you fill in the Google Form). You can choose to remove your name from the submission by un-ticking the 'I would like my name to be visible in the submission' box in the Google Form.

We use Google Analytics to help us understand how people use the website.

Data retention
When you make a submission to our 'Live Archive' or 'Map your memories', we retain your email address, name (optional) and submission content.
When you sign up to our Newsletter, we retain your email address.
All data we collect will be held for the duration of the project. Please get in touch by emailing info@croydonurbanroom.com if you would like your data to be removed before then.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can request access to any personal data that we may have of yours at any time.
