When you make a submission to our 'Live Archive' or 'Map your memories' sections of the Website through our google form, we collect information such as: your email address, the name associated with the address, and your submission content. The submission will then be displayed on the website alongside your chosen name (the name you fill in the Google Form). You can choose to remove your name from the submission by un-ticking the 'I would like my name to be visible in the submission' box in the Google Form.

When you make a submission to our 'Live Archive' or 'Map your memories', we retain your email address, name (optional) and submission content.
When you sign up to our Newsletter, we retain your email address.
All data we collect will be held for the duration of the project. Please get in touch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like your data to be removed before then.
