I like in Mitcham I have been coming to Croydon for over 35 years, often on the old train, now by tram, Much less so now as it has deteriorated badly. I don't think high rise developments are pleasant or aesthetically pleasing and it doesn't seem like the supporting infrastructure are being built such as primary schools doctors surgerys + dentists.
