The Old Town Masterplan is an overarching planning document used to structure land use and development in the area. "Old Town" is the historic and informal name given to the area in Croydon town centre where the first settlements in Croydon were located in Saxon times.

The Old Town Masterplan was adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document 1 December 2014 following public consultation in February/March 2014.
